Operations Manager Job description
Forth Ports Limited is a dynamic and multimodal ports owner and operator.

The Role
Based at our Port in Leith, we are looking for an Administrator to join our Operations Department.
The key duties will involve documenting, recording and communicating resource allocation, processing overtime using our internal system, use our integrated HR/Payroll system to record absences, raising POs, and working closely with the Operations Management Team and Accounts to record all related cargo and customs charges.
Candidate Requirements
You will be an experienced and capable administrator and will ideally have worked in a similar role in a port, transport, or logistics environment.
You must be organized, efficient and have good attention to detail to allow accurate recording of all container operations information. Good IT skills are essential as well as previous experience in using data entry systems.
Working as part of a busy but small team you must have the ability to remain calm and helpful when under pressure. Your role will see you dealing with colleagues in the Port as well as our customers therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
You must hold a full driving license.
