Insurance Administrator Job description

As a result of continuing growth in our business, we are now recruiting for a Modern Apprentice – Pensions & Insurance Administrator to join our Pensions and Insurance team, based at the Port of Grangemouth. If you enjoy working with numbers and people then this could be a great start to a career in Pensions and Insurance for you.

The Role

Working with our small and experienced Pensions & Insurance team, you will learn all aspects of the administration of our Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension Plans as well as all insurance-related administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity of developing your academic knowledge through studies to attain an SVQ Level 3.

What do I need?

You should have excellent IT, communication, numeracy and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will also have some previous administrative experience, perhaps gained through part-time work whilst still at school.

You must have academic qualifications to at least National 5 in Mathematics, English and an IT-related subject.
