What you'll do

  • Supports all training including Initial and Recurrent Flight Attendant training 
  • Creates and maintains training aids for all training programs
  • Responsible for initial set up of classrooms
  • Prepares and delivers training aids for each class
  • Orders supplies and printed materials for all Flight Service Training classes
  • Maintains the Inventory Management System (IMS)
  • Performs ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor 
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days-off

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Workbrain, COUPA

  • Ability to handle shifting priorities with minimal supervision 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to perform all safety and customer service functions subject to individualized assessment
  • Service oriented approach to all tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Independent decision making and logical thinking skills
