Human Resources Job description

We are looking for HR Total Rewards Manager for the Poland team.

Tasks

  • Ensuring that total rewards and benefits are competitive and equitable and that programs are carried out to meet company objectives,
  • Leading the development, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of targeted compensation programs and initiatives in order to compete with changing market conditions and trends,
  • Ensuring programs and policies deliver internal job and pay equity among associates, conducting job evaluations, recommending salary structure placement in line with local market data,
  • Ensuring compensation-related programs are compliant with various related compensation labor laws and regulations,
  • Monitoring and evaluating the company's benefits and insurance programs,
  • Leading and managing the Salary Planning process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Business related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, HR),
  • 5 years of experience in HR-related functions of international organizations,
  • Strong technology acumen such as the use of databases excel,
  • Good knowledge of English and Polish in speaking and writing (B2/C1),
  • Ability to work under pressure during tight deadliness, prioritize multiple tasks and bring tasks to closure,
  • Professional communication skills both oral and written,
  • Ability to ensure projects meet timelines, productivity and efficiency targets,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.​
