  • This job is a member of the Revenue Accounting Payments Team within the Finance Division.
  • Responsible for performing basic accounting functions within various specialized Revenue Accounting areas.
  • Responsible for performing various payment processing related duties.
What you'll do
  • Review and process daily credit card rejects
  • Research and resolve payment and fulfillment exceptions from global alternative forms of payment
  • Obtain approval and process manual credit card billings
  • Responsible for pulling various reports from gateway and acquirer portals Perform daily data entry tasks 
  • Review, research, and resolve credit card dispute cases
  • Perform a variety of other functions/ad-hoc projects and accounting entries as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager to aid in the department's/company's achievement of goals and business objectives

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalency 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field or equivalent training/experience​
  • Airline/travel agency accounting experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles/procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Logical, analytical thinking ability
