Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Analyse, Konzeption & Umsetzung von Anforderungen im Bereich SAP-HR Backend (Module: Personaladministration, Abrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Org- Management, Reisen, Personaleinsatzplanung, Veranstaltungsmanagement) sowieim SAP-FIORI Portal (UX-Entwicklung, Nutzerführung)
- Gestaltung, Entwicklung und Dokumentation von HR – Geschäftsprozessen
- Konzeption und Beratung interner Kunden in Digitalisierungsinitiativen (u.a. Optimierung & Automatisierung von Bestandsprozessen)
- Incident- & Problemmanagement
- Unterstützung, Kommunikation und Wissenstransfer mit den Fachdienst Key-Usern
- Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten sowie unseren externen Beratern (u.a. 3rd Level Support)
- Übernahme von (Teil)- Projektleitung
- Testmanagement und -automatisierung
