Tasks

Once you join our team as a Process and RPA specialist, you will:

  • Develop and improve logistics-related services from the process and systems perspective
  • Research and implement future-oriented methods for service delivery and performance improvement, with a focus on data usage, automation and digitalization
  • Identify and automate processes via RPA, together with the local RPA team, the central Digitalization team and the process responsible, including business case calculation and documentation
  • Monitor RPA performance and initiate troubleshooting measures
  • Promote the automation and optimization topic and success stories
  • Support related initiatives within the department and the LTLS organization
  • Support management on broader topics with analytics and projects
  • Assess and implement customer and operational feedback 

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

  • University degree in engineering, industrial management, IT or a related field
  • Min. 2 years of relevant job experience in an international business environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of RPA application for process automation, especially in the Supply chain field
  • Digital affinity and drive for process and systems improvements (VBA, SQL, BI skills are an advantage)
  • Ability to lead and present complex topics in a clear and structured way
  • Customer-centric approach with striving for lean, practical and business-oriented solutions
  • Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude with a commitment to team results
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness for short-term duty travel
