Tasks
Once you join our team as a Process and RPA specialist, you will:
- Develop and improve logistics-related services from the process and systems perspective
- Research and implement future-oriented methods for service delivery and performance improvement, with a focus on data usage, automation and digitalization
- Identify and automate processes via RPA, together with the local RPA team, the central Digitalization team and the process responsible, including business case calculation and documentation
- Monitor RPA performance and initiate troubleshooting measures
- Promote the automation and optimization topic and success stories
- Support related initiatives within the department and the LTLS organization
- Support management on broader topics with analytics and projects
- Assess and implement customer and operational feedback
Requirements
To be successful in the role you need:
- University degree in engineering, industrial management, IT or a related field
- Min. 2 years of relevant job experience in an international business environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of RPA application for process automation, especially in the Supply chain field
- Digital affinity and drive for process and systems improvements (VBA, SQL, BI skills are an advantage)
- Ability to lead and present complex topics in a clear and structured way
- Customer-centric approach with striving for lean, practical and business-oriented solutions
- Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude with a commitment to team results
- Fluency in English
- Willingness for short-term duty travel
