Tasks

As a Payroll Assistant, you will perform human resources-related daily duties and activities providing excellent employee service in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the company.

  • Assist in processing monthly payroll in compliance with Albanian Law by ensuring all data related are tracked.
  • Monitor and create employee data in our internal HR systems ensuring all data is compliant with legal requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process by collecting employment documents and completing the Employee Files.
  • Support the HR Team during the audits.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, accounting, administration, or related field;
  • At least one year of working experience in relevant assignments of work.
  • Very good knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate skills with Excel.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures with an ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized.
