Customer Service Agent Job description

This position will represent Japan Airlines (JAL) as a Passenger Service Representative at San Francisco International Airport by providing superb quality services to our passengers.

Responsibilities include performing arrival/departure duties, check-in, escorting passengers, VIP, gate handling, VIP lounge handling, and other necessary passenger handling. The position is full-time and offers competitive health and vacation benefits.

Minimum Requirements

  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office products such as Outlook, Word, & Excel
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa support available)
  • Pursuant to San Francisco International Airport (SFIA) requirements, full COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of the job. Applicants must be prepared, if offered a job, to present documentation of proof of vaccination prior to the first day of employment. Preferred Requirements

  • Previous experience in airline passenger service handling is preferable
  • Japanese language skill is preferable
  • Knowledge of Amadeus Check-In/Reservation system preferred
