As an Operation Supervisor, you will provide ground support and customer service for crew members and their passengers as well as our employees. We are looking for individuals to join Signature Flight Support's dynamic global service team.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates activities of employees involved in providing aircraft refueling and associated customer services to general aviation customers.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws.
- Assist with ramp operations such as towing, fueling, wing-walking, and directing/parking aircraft as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain fuel inventories.
- Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and/or problems.
- Maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operating conditions.
- Assist with the security of premises.
- Monitor and request all supplies, and equipment needed in operation.
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
- Perform personnel actions such as interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Recommend manpower requirements.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus one year of related experience and/or training.
- Prior general aviation experience is preferred.
