THE ROLE

The Performance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the systems and processes in the area are effective and fit for purpose. Key priorities for this position will be to develop performance analytics metrics and to lead performance-oriented analysis that identifies root causes of performance issues, with a focus on operational performance. They will be responsible for driving through the department’s performance by monitoring and developing measures and will take accountability for forward planning in the operation. They will support briefings on shift to deliver the operational plan to drive robust and consistent performance. Serving as a champion of all systems and processes, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
