The role we are offering you:
They are responsible for supervising and managing activities related to their manufacturing teams. They support and report to the Director of Operations, and ensure the performance of their teams. They are responsible for improving and implementing the processes relating to the activities related to their tasks.
More specifically:
- Work closely, proactively and according to best practices with the various business units to ensure alignment of financial profiles, project execution, etc.
- Work with product managers and colleagues to achieve production goals.
- Develop and maintain performance indicators to measure team performance in achieving objectives.
- Identify with colleagues opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain healthy working relations with the union party.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or administration.
- At least five years of experience in the field of operations management.
- Be able to write reports, answer questions, and present information to different stakeholders. (Managers, project managers, group leaders, planners etc.).
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet deadlines independently.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to define problems, gather information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
