Construction Manager Job description
The Manager - Construction will be responsible for the development and administration of all design and construction projects from inception through close out. This includes overseeing project organization, scheduling, contracting and administration. They will also act as the liaison between contractors, consultants, Airport staff, FAA and other stakeholders to assure safe, efficient, and well-coordinated project implementation.
A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related major; 5 years of previous work experience that includes aviation projects; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Engineering certification is highly favorable.
This is a Full-time, Exempt position with the following available shift schedule(s):
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
The salary pay grade range is $91,530 - $137,296 annually. Starting pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
