About the team you are joining

The Ground Operations team drives global development, implementation, and adoption of the standards and best practices. The area of work includes safety, innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Our team is results-driven, energetic, and hard-working, and consists of junior and senior talents with over 200 years of operational, safety, audit, and leadership experiences. 

What your day would be like

In this role, reporting to the Head of Operations and Standards, you will be involved in the Operational Portal project - design and development. 

  • Ensuring the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Solving any issues that may arise during the project
  • Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
  • Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
  • Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
  • Participating in Ops Portal testing
  • Developing marketing material and communication plan
  • Launching the portal and managing user access and troubleshooting

  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative and dive in on new projects
  • Flexible with regard to the wide variety of assigned tasks of varying duration
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Candidates applying for this job need to be recent graduates, available to start quickly and work on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), for at least 6 months.
