About the team, you are joining

The Air Traffic Management (ATM) team oversees the development of global strategies, policies and best practices related to managing traffic and communications, navigation and surveillance (CNS) technologies to ensure that air navigation services remain safe, efficient and cost-effective. The team deals with a wide range of topics from operational improvements to standard development under the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to new and innovative technologies. 

What your day would be like

Manage stakeholder engagement (internal & external) related to new aviation ecosystem and air traffic management, including;

  • Communication and information sharing related to ATM strategy, policies, and positions, including managing communication channels with the ATM WG, AAWG, RCGs & ICAO relations team
  • Liaise with the SP team, manage SP accounts
  • Coordinate with the regions on key ATM topics such as the implementation of joint projects and initiatives
  • Support the planning of IATA events/meetings/workshops/webinars
  • Develop presentations and papers for internal and external meetings (with SME input)
  • Maintain/up-date positions and guidance material based on input from SEMs
  • Maintain/update online platforms (webpage, SharePoint, repositories) 

We would love to hear from you if you

  • Have a degree/certificate in web design or digital marketing 
  • Have experience in communications
  • Are self-confident, highly motivated, energetic, initiative skills, a team player and proficient in report writing
  • Have excellent PC skills
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Candidates applying for this job need to be recent graduates, available to start quickly and work on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), for at least 6 months.
