Human Resources Specialist Job description

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our growing HR function here at and Jet2Holidays.

In this role, you will provide support and guidance to your designated business areas in line with our HR strategy to improve people's capability and ultimately add value to the performance of the business. You will be a centre of excellence to the wider business and advise on complex and/or or escalated ER issues, ensuring they are managed and resolved at the appropriate level.

What else will you do in the role?

  • Design, develop and deliver HR technical training to managers on key policies and procedures, ensuring they have the skills to manage their team effectively
  • Provide updates on changes to employment legislation and best practices to the wider HR team and wider business

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

We are looking for a strong HR professional boasting a wealth of strategic and commercial awareness. You must have the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders within the business where appropriate.

We are also looking for:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • A HR technical background and up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Proven track record of HR generalist experience, working in a fast paced environment;

The role will be based at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford International Airport and you will be required to visit all other bases/locations both within and outside the UK.

Security passes must be obtained and renewed, land or airside as appropriate.
