Flight Instructor Job description

The part-time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside Delta Professional Services (DPS). This role works on an ‘as-needed basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support Coordinators should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Manager – Delta Aircrew Training Center & Compliance.


  • Provide support for client Flight Training
  • Create and maintain electronic training folders
  • Maintain n records with supporting documents
  • Partner with DPS teams to complete project tasks as assigned
  • Provide subject matter expert guidance to project tasks as assigned
  • Modify or create documents when needed
  • Track progress and report the status of projects to appropriate leaders
  • Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes
  • Specific duties as assigned by DPS management


  • Solid organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with airline flight operations.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
