Tasks

Once you join our team as a Customer Service Specialist you will:

• Ensure timely and adequate responses to internal and external customers
• Handle C&E (consumables and expendables) materials demands
• Monitor and coordinate C&E supply processes using ERP and LHT own systems
• Make suggestions for optimization and standardization with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction
• Tracking and monitoring of purchase orders
• Worldwide sourcing and purchasing of aircraft materials
• Responsible for material supply-related clarifications
• Provide feedback and status to customers on a daily basis via LHT's own systems
• Monitor and update inventory movement through daily and weekly reports
• Monitor inventory discrepancies
• Liaise with material and logistics organizations on a daily basis in the English language
• Assist with projects/ reports if necessary

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

• Fluency in English – both written and spoken (German would be considered an advantage);
• Communication skills;
