Customer Service Representative ZH

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all customers ensuring that the highest level of VIP customer service to passengers, crews, and customers is provided at all times.

About the role

• Assist customers with loading and unloading baggage as needed.
• Maintain and stocked amenities in customer areas and ensure that lounge and facilities are clean and tidy.
• Assist crew or passengers with directions or recommendations for food, hotels, etc.
• Provide vehicle valet services.
• Transport customers by vehicle to and from the airport terminal and local hotels as needed

About You

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and make our customers feel at ease from the minute they arrive at your location. You will have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills with the drive to want to go above and beyond to make our customer's experience the best it could possibly be. You will be familiar with what the local area has to offer and be willing to provide our customers with any help and support they may require making their visit to Signature Flight Support as enjoyable as possible.
