Customer Service Agent - Malta Airport (MLA)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join our Ground Operations Team at Malta Airport on a full time, seasonal contract basis for Summer 2023!

Our Customer Service Agents play a key role in ensuring all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers consistently receive first class levels of Customer Service at the Airport.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming our customers at the airport, providing excellent levels of customer service and helping with any queries
• Supporting our third-party service partners to ensure the check-in process is performed correctly and to our company standards
• Effective co-ordination of both the landside and airside operations
• Undertaking quality checks and ensuring safe practices are carried out at all times
• Safety reporting, ensuring all incidents are recorded and investigated
• Working with our third-party partners and Jet2.com and Jet2holidays colleagues, to drive a ‘One Team’ ethos in all areas
• There may be the requirement to travel to support other Airports at busy times.

This is a hands-on role, interacting with our customers and working as an ambassador for our brand values. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flying programme.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and will have experience in Customer Service in a similar, fast-paced role, ideally in an Aviation Operations environment. A team player, you will have a have excellent communication skills and a friendly approach. As you will be working with our UK customer base, fluency in English and Maltese is required in this role. You must already have or be able to obtain, the required Right To Work documents for Malta
