Do you like working in a fast-paced environment, where two days are never the same?

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will host all British Airways and any third party handling customers throughout the ground customer journey including but not limited to check-in, boarding, connections, arrivals, and customer service touchpoints ensuring a safe and exceptional level of customer service.

 What you need to join us:

• Aged 18 or over at the time of application​
• Fluent in both spoken and written English​
• Hold a valid passport (with a minimum of 12 months before the expiry date)​
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK​ without the requirement for sponsorship
• Ability to obtain and retain an airside pass​
• Able to comply with the uniform standards (no visible tattoos)
• Willing and able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year​
• Hospitality experience desirable​
