Overview

The successful intern candidate will gain experience by assisting the Endeavor Air Corporate Communications team in meeting and carrying out defined communications initiatives and tactics for the company.

At Endeavor, the Corporate Communications team is responsible for: managing and maintaining the brand story of Endeavor; creating a consistent voice for internal, and external audiences; ensuring every department has the creative collateral necessary to attract and retain top talent, and helping Endeavor continues to maintain its status as an industry leader.

Responsibilities
  • Create and edit written communications, including articles for employee newsletters, the company blog, and internal messaging.
  • Build and update marketing collateral, and help develop creative graphics for social media and internal digital platforms.
  • Support employee engagement events with planning, execution, and photography.
  • Track and analyze social media, SEO, and other key performance metrics.
  • Assist with managing the department’s digital asset inventory.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.
  • Computer work, in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day.
  • On occasion, exposure to varying weather and operating conditions in an airport environment.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree such as Public Relations, Journalism/Mass Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or another related discipline with junior or senior class standing.
  • Ability to work full time (32-40 hours/week) during weekdays, with some schedule flexibility, if needed.
  • Ability to work and be based in Minneapolis, MN; relocation assistance is not available.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business environment.
  • Above average written, photography, video production, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Effective organizational, time management, & multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight as necessary.
  • Repetitive motion such as typing, using mobile devices and adapting to project changes on the fly.
  • Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bag files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
