Job overview and responsibilities

Provides face -to-face and phone service to student pilots and FTC personnel. Job duties include issuing corporate and CREW badges, scanning fingerprints, processing I-9 documents, updating Pilot Records, troubleshooting and configuration of Electronic Flight Bags (iPads). Will act as a signatory/authorizer for airport SIDA badges. Acts as a resource for questions regarding company policies and campus procedures.
  • Issuance/replacement of corporate CREW badges
  • Configuration and/or troubleshooting iPad devices
  • Face-to-face customer service
  • Phone-based customer service
  • Administration of SIDA badges
  • Updates pilot records with Passport, Visa, Medicals, and License information
  • Other miscellaneous administrative support duties

Qualifications

Required 

  • High School Diploma
  • Airline or Airport related experience
  • Customer Service skills, good oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and/or technical experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The salary for this position is $40,850.00 to $53,979.00 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills.
