Job overview and responsibilities
Provides face -to-face and phone service to student pilots and FTC personnel. Job duties include issuing corporate and CREW badges, scanning fingerprints, processing I-9 documents, updating Pilot Records, troubleshooting and configuration of Electronic Flight Bags (iPads). Will act as a signatory/authorizer for airport SIDA badges. Acts as a resource for questions regarding company policies and campus procedures.- Issuance/replacement of corporate CREW badges
- Configuration and/or troubleshooting iPad devices
- Face-to-face customer service
- Phone-based customer service
- Administration of SIDA badges
- Updates pilot records with Passport, Visa, Medicals, and License information
- Other miscellaneous administrative support duties
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma
- Airline or Airport related experience
- Customer Service skills, good oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and/or technical experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
