Key Responsibilities:

Assists managers and supervisors by performing administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel functions in a Station Operations office.
  • Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, and operations
  • Auditing/and maintaining all accountable documents/functions and reporting same to Corp headquarters as required.
  • Makes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies and processes local statements for payment

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience in a clerical role
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain composure in high volume/high-pressure situations
  • Perform office-related functions such as mail sorting and distribution of shipments weighing up to 50lbs
  • Able to stand and bend to perform filing or other office-related functions, up to 2 hours daily
  • Must be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts in a 24 hour/7 day a week operation including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
