Customer Service Representative Job description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate guests flow and organize guest accommodations during irregular operations
- Tracks all misconnecting guests and provides accommodation guidelines
- Coordinates and communicates any Irregular operations that will affect Guest Services
- Efficiently collaborates with crew scheduling regarding missing crew and dead headers
- Collaborates with the leadership team to manage on-time performance
- Reports and tracks all station delays
- Manages station holds in partnership with Corporate Guest Solutions
- Records all internal expenses regarding guest accommodations
- Works closely with the Ramp Service Coordinator to efficiently manage baggage and guest discrepancies
Qualifications
- Must always be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Coordinators must:
- Adhere to Spirit’s attendance policy and report to work on a regular and timely basis

- Able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations
