Tasks

As a part of the great passenger services operations team with over 80 international colleagues, you ensure personal travel advice for our premium passengers. In day-to-day customer contact, you actively contribute to offering our passengers a unique travel experience. 

Because going the extra mile happens on every single step of our customer’s journey.

  • Assist and service customers in all areas of flight reservations by phone, as well as sale and booking of flight tickets and ancillaries
  • Assist and provide information about SWISS products and our Loyalty program Miles and More
  • Handle written inquiries via email and social media
  • Administrative back office work such as ticketing and voucher issuance

Requirements

In this role, we are seeking colleagues with a high degree of customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills.

  • Very good oral expression in German and English
  • Customer orientation, service awareness, and sales flair
  • Travel experience
  • Team spirit and initiative
  • Reliability, operational flexibility and friendliness
  • Training in the travel industry or in telephone sales is an advantage
  • Good oral skills in French or Italian are an advantage
  • Willingness to work shifts, Sundays and bank holidays
