Maintenance Technician Job description

The Building Maintenance Tech IV (HVAC) responds to daily work orders and performs general building repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance in and around the Airport facility. Must be able to perform skilled work in using both refrigeration and electrical test equipment to troubleshoot HVAC systems and make repairs as required. They will also oversee the installation of new heating and air conditioning equipment. State license or Journeyman-level certification and EPA certification are highly preferred.

Requires a minimum of 4 years of training and/or work experience that clearly demonstrates a competency level required to perform all required duties with minimum supervision. A valid driver's license and clean driving record history are required. 

This is a Full-time, hourly position with the following available shift schedule(s):

Sunday - Wednesday, 6 am to 4:30 pm.

The pay grade range is $17.68 - $26.50 per hour. Starting pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education. 

*This position is eligible for a $1,000 new employee sign-on bonus.
