About the Role  

Reporting to the Fleet Manager People, as the Air Ops Administrator you’ll be responsible for providing full administration support to the team in respect of all generalist Flight and Cabin Crew activity. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide admin support
  • Mailbox management
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Cabin and Flight Crew on a day-to-day basis
  • Compile and action daily reports
  • Recording and production of minutes for key departmental meetings
  • Provide ad-hoc support as requested by the Air Operations team

This role is a full-time role working 37.50 hours per week. We also offer hybrid and flexible working opportunities.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in note-taking at meetings and producing minutes, a good knowledge of MS Word and Excel packages coupled with previous administration experience. You’ll need to demonstrate a “can do” attitude and have the ability to work on your own initiative without supervision as required.  Previous PA or HR administration experience would be an additional advantage.
