Airport Guest Services Agent

Hallmark Aviation is seeking professional Airport Guest Services Agents at JFK International Airport.

PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! NO PREVIOUS AIRLINE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!!

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS NEEDED: 

• Self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction
• Proven customer service skills and Excellent communication skills
• Multi-Lingual preferred
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, caring, positive and happy attitude
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Able to follow a planned roster and follow a work schedule
• Flexible and able to promote positive attitudes within the team
• Able to work varied hours  
• Associate Degree or equivalent preferred

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Help improve customer service experience at JFK.
• Project a clear and concise voice and fluent in English.
• Answer calls and makes announcements as requested.
• Provide accurate information in regard to terminal/airport services in a welcoming, hospitable manner.
• Actively promote retail and food and beverage offerings in the terminal

Required Skills

• PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
• At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• English proficiency and other languages may be required
• Terminal and Airport operations knowledge and experience preferred
• Retail and/or Hospitality work experience required
• Able to stand 3-4 at a time      
• Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
• Valid US work authorization
• Professional demeanor and exceptional presentation
• Flexible schedule & availability
• Background Check, Fingerprinting required
• A drug screen is required prior to the day of hire

Salary/Benefits: $17.00/hr + $4.54/hr in Medical Variance (for over 30+ hrs worked per week) In Sept2022, base rate increases to $18.00. Uniform provided Cleaning Allowance, Optional Health Insurance (for FT with small contribution), Voluntary Dental, Vision, and Life. 401K Matching up to 3.5%, Holiday Pay (after 90 Days), and Referral Bonus.
